With Cortavo, are we still responsible for paying our current IT vendors?

Nope! We'll take over your payments for your IT vendors and wrap them into your monthly fee. With the Techtility plan, we'll take over the following payments: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace License Fees, Internet, Anti Virus, Cloud Provider.

What kind of support does Cortavo provide?

US-based help desk, 8am–8pm Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. 24/7 response for Critical and High-priority incidents. Remote support is included. Unlimited onsite support is included.

What kind of computers does the Cortavo Techtility plan provide?

We have partnerships with the world's leading brands. We also stock all of our computers so you never have to worry about delays. We offer the following PC brands: HP, Dell, Microsoft, Lenovo, Apple.

What happens if we lose or damage a computer?

Hardware warranty, support and replacement are included, with one lost or stolen device replacement per year per client. Hardware shipping is included. Equipment remains Cortavo-owned throughout the agreement.
