What's the difference between Cortavo's Productivity, Connectivity and Techtility Plans?

Productivity provides cybersecurity, help desk support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Connectivity provides all of the above plus high speed internet, networking hardware, firewall, and data back-ups. Techtility offers everything in both of the above plans, plus your choice of computers which includes dual monitors, keyboard, mouse and docking station. Cortavo inventories all equipment for the Techtility Plan.

Can I mix and match Cortavo plans to meet my business needs?

Of course! Whether you know exactly what plans you'd like or you're not sure where to start, we'd love to chat with you.

What's the catch with the flat monthly fee IT services?

There is no catch. Unlike other Managed IT Providers, we do not charge for extra support or common projects. We want to be your strategic partner, so we'll always have your back at your flat monthly fee, no surprises.

What is the minimum number of employees for Cortavo's plans?

Our minimums depend on the plan you choose. Productivity has a minimum of 5 end users. Connectivity has a minimum of 10 end users. Techtility has a minimum of 10 end users.

With Cortavo, am I still responsible for paying our current IT vendors?

Nope! We'll take over your payments for your IT vendors and wrap it into your monthly fee.

What if I already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workplace?

Most of our clients already do, we simply just absorb your license fees into our monthly fee and take on an admin role within your account.

What kind of computers are included in the Cortavo Techtility plan?

We have partnerships with the world's leading brands. We also stock all of our computers so you never have to worry about delays. We offer the following PC brands: HP, Dell, Microsoft, Lenovo, Apple.

What kind of support does Cortavo provide?

Each of our clients get their own dedicated support team. They will be able to resolve around 95% of your support requests remotely, but we do provide onsite support as needed.

Do you provide after hours and weekend support?

Absolutely! We're here to help whenever you need us.

What happens if we lose or damage a computer if we're on the Techtility plan?

We'll overnight you an advance replacement loaded with your backed-up data to minimize your employee's downtime.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Your privacy matters. Mobile information you provide to Cortavo will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. All other categories of data sharing are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

This SMS Policy applies to text messages sent by Cortavo, Inc. ("Cortavo," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1600 Riveredge Pkwy Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30328. Cortavo provides managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions to businesses across the United States. Cortavo, Inc. is the registered sender for all SMS communications covered by this policy.

2. Types of SMS Messages We Send

When you opt in, Cortavo may send you the following types of text messages:

Appointment and meeting confirmations with Cortavo representatives
Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
IT assessment and consultation follow-up communications
Security advisory notifications related to services you have requested
Customer service and support communications

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Cortavo through one of the following methods:

Verbal consent on a recorded phone call: During a call with a Cortavo representative, if you agree to receive a text confirmation or follow-up, the representative will read a disclosure and ask for your verbal consent before sending any message. Your consent and the call recording are logged in our CRM.
Web form: By completing a contact, IT assessment request, or scheduling form on cortavo.co or cortavo.com that includes an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and includes full disclosure language about message frequency, rates, and your right to opt out.
SMS keyword: By texting START or YES to a Cortavo SMS number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your interaction with Cortavo. For appointment-related communications, you will typically receive 1–3 messages per scheduled meeting (confirmation, optional reminder, and any scheduling updates). For other communications, frequency will depend on the specific program or service you have opted into.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Cortavo.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages from Cortavo at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Mobile information you provide to Cortavo will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the communications you have consented to receive from Cortavo.

Opt-in records, including the method and timestamp of consent, are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.

9. Supported Carriers

SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Cortavo is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to This Policy

Cortavo reserves the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued receipt of SMS messages after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
