Matthew joined Cortavo in 2022 and brings over 16 years of experience in customer care, including nearly a decade in healthcare and IT. Matthew has deep expertise in Project Management, Decisiveness, Team Building and Customer Services. At Cortavo, he applies these skills every day, and he leads the customer success team by overseeing each client through onboarding and their customer success journey.
