Step 1: Discovery
We begin every project with a discovery phase. This is a quick exercise to define the problems you are facing, discuss a solution to overcome those pain points and share expected benefits from implementing Cortavo.
Step 2: Contract Signed
Once a client is comfortable, they will sign a contract that outlines expectations and details of Cortavo’s all-inclusive services. This will protect both parties if those expectations aren’t met and lock in the price that will be paid for services..
Step 3: Inventory Assessment
Next, we conduct a full assessment of your entire infrastructure, including the number of sites and employees, personal computing & networking equipment currently implemented, and examine all servers & business applications to determine what can move to the cloud.
Step 4: Email Migration
Then, we prepare your business to unleash the benefits of Microsoft Office 365. We will finalize user accounts by retrieving all your employees’ names and email addresses. If you’re already utilizing Office 365, we’ll adjust your licenses and provide you a credit.
Step 5: Ship Equipment
Once all your emails have successfully migrated to Office 365, we prepare all your laptops or desktops for shipment. We’ll work out all the logistics of where each device will be shipped including your monitors, docking station, networking equipment and phone systems.
Step 6: Install Equipment
After each device arrives, we’ll schedule an Aventis Systems technician to fully install your IT equipment. Our technician will ensure that everything is running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues. We’ll also remove your old equipment, or you can keep it to serve as a backup.

Step 8: Full Ongoing Support
You’ll receive all the support you need to achieve your goals. We’ll schedule how-to sessions on what to expect from your new machines, instructional material on how to get the most out of Office 365 and most importantly, you’ll have access to our US based help desk.
